This paper describes the process of designing models and tools for an automated way of creating 3D city model based on a raw point cloud. Also, making and forming 3D models of buildings. Models and tools for creating tools made in the model builder application within the ArcGIS Pro software. An unclassified point cloud obtained by the LiDAR system was used for the model input data. The point cloud, collected by the airborne laser scanning system (ALS), is classified into several classes: ground, high and low noise, and buildings. Based on the created DEMs, points classified as buildings and formed prints of buildings, realistic 3D city models were created. Created 3D models of cities can be used as a basis for monitoring the infrastructure of settlements and other analyzes that are important for further development and architecture of cities.

<p><strong>Abstract</strong>: Rapid growth of urban population and consequential increasing traffic, construction of buildings, roads, industrial areas, affects urban soils as well as urban environment in general. Urban soils differ from the natural soils by their disturbed structure resulting from waste disposal, construction sites, pollution from atmospheric deposition, traffic and industrial activities. Mismanagement of urban environment can cause severe contamination of green areas in cities, with serious health risk for urban population. To prevail those issues and improve the sustainability of urban green areas, innovative and nature based solutions (NBS) should gain more attention, particularly those easily applied such as tree-based phytoremediation. Unlike traditional remediation techniques that are expensive, very demanding and can cause secondary pollution, tree-based phytoremediation is NBS with wide spectrum of application. It is low-cost technique, based on urban green infrastructure (parks, alleys, community gardens) and has numerous benefits reflected throught sustainable management of urban soils and improvement of general environmental, health, social and economic conditions for urban population. Primarly, urban green infrastructure consist of different tree species capable to mitigate soil contamination, especially contamination with toxic heavy metals (HMs). Regeneration of urban ecosystems based on the role of tree species is connected to ability of trees to retain, uptake and decompose pollutants (including HMs) from contaminated urban soils, enabling their re-use process and turning them into green and environmental friendly areas. Taking into account advantages of phytoremediation technique, the aim of this paper is to present concentration of some HMs (cadmium, lead and zinc) in urban soils of cities accross Bosnia and Herzegovina and look into phytoremediation potential of common urban tree species: horse chestnut (<em>Aesculus</em> <em>hippocastanum</em> L.) and planetree (<em>Platanus</em> &#215; <em>acerifolia</em> (Aiton) Willd.). Results showed high phytoremediation potential of above mentioned tree species, which opens space for further research and introduction of this NBS for remediation of many severely polluted urban soils, drawing attention to better-understood urban sustainability and importance of application of phytoremediation as NBS on local level.</p><p><strong>Key words</strong>: nature-based solutions, phytoremediation, urban soil, trees, heavy metals</p>

Each local, self-government unit which is planning to develop and later implement the project of landconsolidation is confronted with the problem of choosing the cadastral municipality for landmanagement via land consolidation. The appliance of multi-criteria decision method enables and helpsthe decision makers to act regularly and correctly when making a decision. Multi-criteria analysis, above all, enables decision making in conflict conditions. These conditions include multiple alternativesand criteria, from which some should be maximized, and others minimized. This paper deals with theproblematic of the ranking of cadastral municipalities in which land management should be performedwith the use of land consolidation, by applying COPRAS method. The paper also presents theevaluation of the defined model in the Municipality of Pećinci.

In this study, for the purpose of determining the q uality of a digital cadastral plan lines, we made production of digital lines plan, vectoring, and th e diameter of the original data and maintaining the diameter of the five types of lines. Since digital uti ity cadastre plan is the basis for making part of he database of the cadastre lines, but that lately oft en resorted vectorization of analogue lines plans, or "digitization on the screen" in this study we analy zed the accuracy and reliability of digital geodeti c plan lines created vectoring analogue plan. There w e also made individual and comparative analysis of digitized content, according to the type of lines, on the basis of which it was concluded that the ove rall quality of the digital plan lines obtained vectorin g pretty good that can meet the needs of most users of the cadastre lines. The conclusions drawn in this a rt cle can serve amendments and harmonization of existing geodetic and cadastral regulations with th e regulations related to the business owners lines, regulations governing zoning and help define the st rategy and development directions records of public infrastructure.

When it comes to spatial planning, it is impossible to circumvent the cadastre, which in essence is the basis for the preparation and realization of planning documents. Considering this fact in this paper, an analysis of the importance and role of the cadastre for spatial planning was carried out, whereby the obligations and procedures implemented by the cadastre in the spatial and urban planning situation in the Republic of Serbia are described in detail.

This paper presents the methodology for verification the reducer and couplings as the components of drive unit on the example of belt conveyor for ore with capacity of 2000 t/h at the open pit “Veliki Krivelj”. Analysis was done by calculation according to the manufacturer instructions of the Falk Company, and its results are indispensable for checking the reliability of functionality the drive unit components in the given operating conditions. Also, the technical characteristics of these components are given, as well as their graphical representation.

This work gives the method of transient time determination of the belt conveyor in the case of its start up in the example of a belt conveyor for ore at the open pit “Veliki Krivelj” with capacity of 2000 t/h. The analysis was made by calculation procedure and it represents a universal calculation method of conveyor belts whose results are indispensable for verification the reliable operation of selected electric motors during the start up of belt conveyor. Also, technical characteristics of all components of drive units are given as well as their layout.
