Case of post reconstructive aneurism of right a. femoralis has been solved with excision, resection of part of grapht and bifurcation of a. femoralis comunis, and then we made revascularization with interposes of tubular grapht with reinsertion of a. profunda femoris. Post operative complication is dehiscence of wound and exposition of front wall of interpenetrated grapht. Complication is solved by covering defect with rotate muscle-skin part. Final result of surgical treatment is completely successful.

One of the 15 most common cause of death in USA is rupture of the aneurism of the abdominal aorta. In 8-10% cases patients have no previous symptoms of aneurysm of the abdominal aorta, and they are coming to thr hospital with clinical picture of rupture This paperwork presents one such case. After assuming the data of basic lab. findings, clinical finding, and diagnostic procedures, an urgent operation was indicated. A resection of aneurismaticly changed infrarenal portion of abdominal aorta and its reconstruction with synthetic graft was done. In postoperative course we noticed cardiac decompensation followed by acute ischaemic attac of the left lower limb. It was solved by urgent disobliterative procedure--embolectomy in local anestesion. Patient was discharged after 21 day in good general condition.

In a moment of injury Sarajevo was a war zone. Patient was shot with a bullet on a left side thorax and a heart. Immediately after injury patient only received a first aid in Sarajevo and than later cardiosurgery treatment abroad precisely in Italy. For a last couple of years patient because of subjective changes and objective symptoms was treated conservative. After the right diagnosis was established (pseudoaneurysm of left ventricle) patient received an open heart surgery.

According to the latest study with two different group of patients, 50 with open heart surgery and 50 thoracic surgery. Study shows the complication was much less in the group with open heart surgery comparing to other group of thoracic surgery patients. Less percentage of complications was also shown in the same group cardiosurgery patients exercising modern lung physiotherapy.

In this paper we consider that it is necessary to neglect injuries of blood vessels, because often the surgeon pays all his attention to the instability of knee and in every luxation of injury of knee joint is necessary to take care of vascular status. Necessary is the operative treatment in the optimal time, in team work with the determined order in treatment. Everything done contrary to this, surely leads to the amputation of extremities.

Injuries of the popliteal artery are frequent in the dislocations of the knee joint, and an early diagnosis of a lesion of the popliteal artery is the base for the successful treatment. Generally, in all the traumas in the region or proximity of the knee joint, it should always be taken into consideration a possibility of arterial injury. In our case there was a posterior knee joint luxation with evidently contused and thrombosed popliteal artery. The surgery was done in an inappropriate time (more than 14 hours after the injury), and consisted in a Goretex graft interposition, and following a ligamentary reconstruction a transitory arthrodesis with external fixator (AO) in one level was carried out, what can be a model for similar situations. A control arteriography immediately before the patient's discharge from the hospital showed an arterial passage, while clinically an evidently lesser posterior unstability existed. In the surgical managing of such injuries it is necessary an interdisciplinary approach, appropriate period of time and corresponding sequences of repairs.

Medical and social importance of vascular diseases of central nervous system comes out from the massiveness of this pathology, of the severe consequences which are left on the population of different age, sex and occupation and the possibility to prevent the appearance of invalidity and fatal end preventive surgical intervention. Clinical pathology of CVI intrudes necessity of surgical treatment, which consists of prophylactic thromboendarterectomy.

Bencyclane (Fludilat), Metamizol (Novalgetol) and Xanthinol nicotinate (Complamin) and their combination were considered as relaxators of smooth muscle. The smooth muscles were isolated from stomach, urinary bladder, oesophagus, vas deferens and aorta of rats. The electrical stimulations induced contractions. The mixture of vasodilators decreased the tonus and induced contractions. The single vasodilators increased tonus and induced spasm sometimes.

Obstruction of the superficial femoral vein is, most of the time, secondary to atheroma. It is possible to correct it with a reconstructive procedure such as a by-pass. The results of 55 femoro-popliteal by-passes show that the mean age of the patients is between 50 and 60 years, that they are male, and often inveterate smokers. It is Fontaine's 2nd degree ischemia which is observed most of the time. The greater saphenous vein was always satisfactorily used. Three years after the procedure, the results of this venous autograft were studied and we noticed only four obstructions of the graft. These results seem related to higher fibrinogen levels, a defective heart condition, an insufficient diameter of the arteries receiving the graft. Only one leg amputation was performed at the level of the knee.
