[Pseudoaneurysm in the posterior wall of the left ventricle with perforation of the left ventricle due to a firearm injury].
In a moment of injury Sarajevo was a war zone. Patient was shot with a bullet on a left side thorax and a heart. Immediately after injury patient only received a first aid in Sarajevo and than later cardiosurgery treatment abroad precisely in Italy. For a last couple of years patient because of subjective changes and objective symptoms was treated conservative. After the right diagnosis was established (pseudoaneurysm of left ventricle) patient received an open heart surgery.
