Paint production and for that colour mixing is an important process which has wide applications in several field. There are various kinds of colour mixing that can be done. It can either be additive colour mixing or subtractive colour mixing. Generally, there are various kinds of paint mixing machines available in the market. They vary in their size, shape, technology and methodologies. The aim of this paper is to present a calculation and analyse of hydraulic system for paint mixing machine. The paint mixing machine has the task of mixing the oil paint components in vessel until the finished mass is obtained. As oil paint is a typical representative of rheological materials where the viscosity depends on the shear rate, it is necessary to mix different paint structures during processing at different speeds - the number of revolutions of the propeller must be changes.

The development of mechatronic systems of laser triagulation requires knowledge of laser components and their synergetic alignment in order to integrate elements of certain function.Today's products have mostly very complex shapes, due to the functional, esthetic and ergonomic reasons. These freely defined (curved) surfaces can be accurately restructured only on the basis of a large number of measurement points, and their traditional methods of measurement are very difficult or impossible to scan in sufficient numbers. In the process of reversible engineering of complex geometrically demanding forms of products there is significant influence of laser methods of triangulation to preciseness of the product digitalization process.Influence of material and surface properties of the object are possible sources of errors of laser digitalization process. Also, there is significant influence of choice of laser triangulation components on the occurrence of noise and digitization errors. Non-contact scanning method provides a significant reduction of measurement time, increasing accuracy, reliability and productivity of the process of identifying the parts of high technological complexity. Finding an indicator that can point to a high risk group for suicide has long been a desirable aid for the prevention of completed suicides. The studies reviewed in this essay presume that a biological aspect can point out the high risk individual. The focus of the studies lies on the serotonin 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) monoamine neurotransmitter and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) which is the principal metabolite of 5-HT in depression. The studies on 5-HT metabolites have led to the belief that these may play a key role in the neurochemistry of suicidal behaviour. It is suggested that the core behavioural effect of low CSF 5-HIAA concentration might result in an increase in impulsive and violent behaviour to self and others. The predictability is based on the fact that patients with low CSF 5-HIAA are more prone to reattempt and complete suicide by violent means. A number of well-designed studies concerning suicidal individuals and control subjects have however not shown any difference in concentration of CSF 5-HIAA in suicide attempters compared to non-suicide attempters which could be explained by methodological flaws. Low CSF 5-HIAA does seem to characterize the high risk individual, but it is not yet determined what role it plays in actual suicidality.
