In the paper, we have stated all advantages and disadvantages of the both ways of learning in the research done in the period of two weeks. Methods used in the process of the research are the method of theoretical analyses, experimental application and comparative method. Psychological and pedagogical factors were introduced, which could influence the success of achievement. Results of the research show that the traditional way of learning is still exceeding the e-learning, if we talk about the separate aspects of education. Nevertheless e-learning can serve as the support to classical way of education, and this is also the practical way in the institutions which the research has been done at.
