Paint production and for that colour mixing is an important process which has wide applications in several field. There are various kinds of colour mixing that can be done. It can either be additive colour mixing or subtractive colour mixing. Generally, there are various kinds of paint mixing machines available in the market. They vary in their size, shape, technology and methodologies. The aim of this paper is to present a calculation and analyse of hydraulic system for paint mixing machine. The paint mixing machine has the task of mixing the oil paint components in vessel until the finished mass is obtained. As oil paint is a typical representative of rheological materials where the viscosity depends on the shear rate, it is necessary to mix different paint structures during processing at different speeds - the number of revolutions of the propeller must be changes.

Videogames are a relatively new entertainment medium that, despite its current underappreciated position in relation to literature, film or television, still succeeded to cement its place in the global culture by virtue of its interactivity. By comparing and contrasting videogame narratives to those of other media, one can easily see that interactivity, as their defining quality, has a detrimental effect on how players immerse themselves in videogames’ stories. Immersion is easily broken though, as it hinges on a multitude of different elements, such as the videogame’s length, the responsiveness of its controls, and the acknowledgement of player actions. How writers approach crafting these virtual worlds is also markedly different in comparison to literature and film, as the videogames' dynamic nature gives rise to a host of potential issues to be mindful of. The author’s vision can sometimes be at odds with player agency, for instance, and taking too much control away from the player might result in a quality narrative at the expense of an engrossing gameplay experience. Understanding that crafting a game that stands on its own merits, engages the player, and tells a compelling story is more often than not a balancing act is the first step to creating a truly unique and timeless experience.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is autologous blood product, that contains platelets concentration two to three times above normal blood level. As such, PRP is a rich source of different bioactive molecules including grow factors, enzymes, cytokines, and chemo-kines. Beside its regenerative properties, a limited number of studies has proven that PRP can induce antimicrobial effect against single growing pathogens and biofilms. Aim of this study was to analyze PRP antimicrobial effect against three most common biofilm forming bacteria, including S. aureus , E. coli and P. aeruginosa . The antimicrobial property of PRP was evaluated after 24 h of incubation with selected bacteria in Brain heart infusion (BHI) media using spectrophotometer with a light source of 600 nm. To check whether PRP can inhibit bacterial biofilm formation, after 24h incubation, tube screening test (TM) was applied. Bacteria treated with PRP and platelet poor plasma (PPP) were compared with untreated control, composed of bacteria growing spontaneusly in BHI media. PRP produced strong growth inhibiton in all tested bacteria when compared to bacteria treated with PPP and control group. Based on the obtained results it can be concluded that PRP can induce antimicrobial effect on S. aureus , P. aeruginosa and E. coli . PRP also reduced biofilm formation for P. aeruginosa and E. coli . However, there was no effect on S. aureus biofilm formation.
