The GOx-reconstituted electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activities towards the reduction andoxidation of hydrogen peroxide as well. The prepared biosensor showed an excellent performance for glucose at+0.5 V with a high sensitivity (5.94 mA/mM) and relatively good response time (~12 s) in a wide concentrationrange of 1–17 mM (correlation coefficient of 0.9998). The applicability to blood analysis was also evaluated. Keywords: Polyaniline, Glucose Oxidase, Biosensor, Boronic acidDOI: 10.1002/elan.201200535
