Importance of craniocervical decompression in resection of large Rosette-forming glioneuronal tumor
Glioneuronal neoplasms are overall quite rare and may demonstrate overlapping histologic features with mixed components. They are characterized by a slowly progressive intracranial tumour mass. There is still debate, whether it represents a neoplastic, malformative or hamartomatous lesion. We add another patient to this rare entity.
