Analysis of the Influence of the Work of Technical Inspection Stations on Traffic Safety
This paper describes the method for determining the level of impact of the undertaken measures in managing and controlling the work of stations for technical inspection of vehicles on traffic safety. For this purpose, with regard to the system of technical inspections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the authors have conducted a correlation analysis of dependencies between the variables, and in order to determine the functional dependence they applied the method of regression analysis. On the basis of the gained results of the conducted analysis, conclusions have been given about the impact of the undertaken measures on the traffic safety and possible functional dependencies to estimate the effects of the planned measures.
